Wedding day stress management, how do you cope. Stress is the state of mind most likely to spoil that event interview or special day. Reiki is the ultimate ‘Stress Management Tool’ Use Reiki to relax the mind and body. It will bring a cleared mind, and in this state you have access to the wonderful healing energy of Reiki. Restore yourself and the family to a calm and coping way to manage this wonderful Wedding Day.

 Leading up to the Wedding day, if you can arrange for your guests, especially people close to the Bride and Groom, a Reiki treatment a few weeks before the big day. You will be amazed how stress free everyone is. ( Reiki cannot guarantee the weather, but you will certainly be able to cope much better with whatever pressure the day produces:-) Stress has been a rising cause of sickness from work replacing bad backs as the main cause of absence. The records show that more than 5 million working days a year are missed in the UK alone to stress related illness.

Anything that improves the health and reduces stress levels has to be given a fair trial. I know many Brides that have had a Reiki session apx two weeks before the wedding, and then had a Reiki practitioner come to the house on the morning of the wedding day, working on the bride, the bridesmaids and especially the Mother of the bride.

 I know it makes a great deal of difference to how the big day has gone. The stress is relieved to a great extent to every-one’s relief. Doctors are fully aware of the presence of stress – they are particularly vulnerable to it themselves, and a growing number of GP practices have stress management counsellors on-board for patient referral.

Stress is basically how you perceive the demands and pressures that life presents, and how you are able to draw on your inner resources to cope. Imperfection may be a negative thing. But it is an inherent characteristic of everything around us. There’s nothing perfect in this world. And that means each one of us has an imperfection to think about. Yet with our flaws, valuable lessons in life are learned.

Life brings wonderful lessons. Anything wrong that might have happened to you could be treated as a learning experience. Life has many imperfections. But you can use those imperfections make you a better individual.

In Reiki, healing is achieved at different rates. Like learning, it comes to a person in a way different from another. It is very important for everyone who is learning or practicing Reiki to realize this fact. Every person has varying degrees of opening his heart, accepting truth, and summoning energy. And the person who is always open to learning and his imperfections develops more gloriously.

When imperfection is not realized or accepted, frustration, fear, and doubt would creep into your mind and affect your entire life. Reiki can be used to fight off all these negativities inside you. Its power can be used to help you in your life’s struggles. Feel the healing energy of Reiki inside you. Then think about the fact that every situation carries a lesson – a lesson that you can use to make you develop better as a person. And so you’ve got to face your everyday challenges. And learn each lesson. Then grow in peace, joy, and love.

Life is a journey. Wake up each day enveloped with anticipation, gratitude, and joy. Expect life’s lessons to be delivered to you well. You are part of the plan and everything happens as it should.

The last thing you should become is to be afraid. Use Reiki to remove all the darkness around you. Soar greatly towards the heavens. The light will shine brightly upon you if you do the right things. Free yourself. Be peaceful and calm. Hear the melodious sounds of a sweet song. Open yourself up to the happiness, joy, and love around you. You are called to perfection. Use the energy of Reiki to fly towards it!

Ever since men and women were thrown out of the Garden of Eden it has been necessary to heal the body. Life then became hard. Those people were taught how to heal—to “run energy” through their natural vortexes located in the palm of the hands.

At one time it was common knowledge to use this energy to raise the frequency and therefore heal the body of illnesses. Down through the ages this health knowledge was put into the hands of the priests, shamans, and witch doctors that used this special knowledge for their personal power. Finally this healing process got lost until a Japanese monk rediscovered it about 100 years ago.

Reiki Has Been Traditionally Taught In Three Degrees Or Levels

There is a specific attunement (software for the mind) for each degree of training, which is passed down from Master to student.

First Degree Reiki:—This is primarily for giving physical and etheric healings. It has a tremendous ability to balance and harmonize the chakras (energy centers in the body). Reiki I will remove negative energy from a person’s auric field, relieve stress, and heal the physical body of dis-eases in general. (Many students take these workshops over and over because of the healings they receive while doing the workshops.)

Second Degree Reiki:
—This energy adds healing on the mental and emotional levels. The first-degree energy is enhanced and amplified greatly, and the student is taught how to send the healing energy over long distances and to other points in time. The student learns techniques for using the Reiki symbols to cleanse and protect the aura (an invisible etheric energy field around the physical body.) The symbols can be used to remove bad energy from your home or office. The second-degree techniques are used to facilitate deep emotional healing, which is often the true cause of dis-ease.

Third Degree Reiki:—This is very spiritual in nature and deals with self-empowerment. The Master level (third degree) amplifies both the first and second-degree energy to its highest levels. It integrates one’s being and initiates a more complete contact with your Higher Self. Reiki Masters can teach others and give Reiki I, II, and III attunements.

Everyone—Young And Old—Can Give Energy Healings

Children are a natural at flowing this energy. You can feel it flow out of their eyes and faces until about 3-4 years old when they begin to shut down. We are all hard-wired to flow this healing energy. The Reiki Attunement just opens the channels even more allowing an increase in energy flow. It is your God given ability to flow Reiki and everyone is special in this way.

The Average Certification Prices To Learn Reiki Vary From Teacher To Teacher

Reiki I may cost $150-300. The cost of Reiki II is usually $250-400, and Reiki III, the Master level, is still taught from $350 up to $10,000 and more. There are some teachers giving premium training for a lot less.

At one time there was a 5-10 year internship to become a Reiki master. It took all those years of free service to their master before the student was certified. This is not a requirement these days, but it still pays to meet regularly with your teaching master to keep up to date.
