bro, use ” Metta Meditation ” to have a very good sleep. Metta means improving love and kindness meditation. google it. U do not see any bad nightmare dreams, sleep nicely, wake up energetically, become more happy

I think thats just a side effect, but personally I actually use these relaxation videos to go to sleep when I’m having trouble to sleep at night

is it normal to want to go to sleep when you practice these breathing techniques? it makes me so relaxed that i get sleepy.
