   In het engels en in het nederlands………..

   Als je hierna met full scherm luistert en kijkt en jezelf Reiki geeft kijk dan wat het met je doet. Heerlijk rustig wordt ik zelf ervan.

   also called ” the reiki precepts ”
   Usui wrote them as a way to remain healthy as well physical as mentally and spiritual .

   Left is called ” the receiving hand” and the right hand “the giving hand”
   Feeling it entering on top of your head is nothing unusual ,it is the cosmic energy entering point , from there moving downwards to the heart ,at the same time earth energy entering on the bottom of the spine .
   Maybe you should check out whether you can find some exercises for guiding your energy.
   it can be used to heal all living things.

    I can feel energy entering my left hand. I don’t know what to do with it. I’ve been told that I’m a healer lol. I feel like I need to do something with it. I’m kind of confuse I also use to feel something flowing into the top of my head to.
