I found this extremely useful and amazing to do (along with the second one on clarity). I actually could feel my chakras centering. Thank you for the great Reiki post! You did a great job on it.

it always amazes me no matter how ignorant and disrespectful i see people behave, it still always gets me.
she is teaching people to balance and heal themselves, not asking you to focus on something silly and childish like that. this is about positive energy, not negative. if you don’t like it, or just feel like making inappropriate comments, don’t bother watching please, just leave it to those of us who are actually trying to better ourselves.
