just try to feel your body and the your energy will start to flow to the body not the mind and then feel your presence in your body with a calm mind….then… everything starts… practice practice practice

dont be your thoughts. just observe them with calmness. the more you meditate the easier it is to become the observer within. imagine meditation being a gap between this thought and the next thought to arise.. the more you meditate the bigger the gap becomes. peace! < sounds kinda hippy to say that

you know your own solution, dont try anything, the moment you try you are putting your mind into something, let it wander just wander and it will come back still.. most important of all when you meditate realx just let everything come as it is coming that is natural and slowly it will all fade away only silence will prevail.

I know how you fell. It take a lot of practice. Try visualizing you mind as a room with 2 doors on both sides. left door the thoughts come in the right door the thought go out. All you need to do is close both thoughts doors. Love & light to you.

I tried this, but I can’t medidate! I can’t get my mind to wonder off for longer than a minute or so. Everytime I try to relax and not think of anything, something pops up in my head. Problems I have to deal with, problems, problems. Eeven when I sleep I think. I dream of all sorts of weird stuff.How am I going to get this to stop? I would love to be able to meditate. What a enjoyment for my soul it would be….

I love meditation, it relaxes a person. When I meditate I try to reach the crown chakra. The first time I meditated I saw the spiritual leader, Bubba Gee. His face was right there in mine, it kinda of scared me. But, since that time I have a definate belief in the unknown. I now know there is life after death.

yeh its really simple yet people complicate it. you dont even have to sit cross legged, as long as you’re on a sturdy firm chair. In the related videos watch meditation for begginers with jane by SFjane, she’ll teach you how simple and how beneficial meditation really is.
