    does one need to be attuned to perform reiki and distant healing? Or can one just start on there own?

    thanks so much for this.. I have never had reiki before and I have a question. It it normal for your whole body (especially upper body) to get really hot, hands start sweating and to cry? Not sad cry but just emotion? Then after the treatment, things feel sorta slow?

    hey NightVistathe answer to your question is that people can send healing energy to you regardless if its through a video or if its in person. All you have to do is acept the healing energy from this reiki master.
