@MikoYousei Have you tried Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)? There are videos on youtube and articles on the internet that from which you could learn the technique. It’s simple, easy, and you only have to repeat affirmations to yourself while tapping certain points on your body – nothing to lose, right?

This had made me think a lot about my past. Its good for a little relaxation, relieved my stress. But I think this is best used for a simple silent moment alone for a simple sit back and reflection of your past.
