Die gezeigte Reihenfolge ist eine (von diversen) Möglichkeiten, Reiki an sich selber zu praktizieren. Das Video habe ich für das 1. Grad-Seminar zusammen gestellt. Es ist als Hilfe gedacht, für diejenigen, die gerade anfangen. Da man beim Praktizieren so schön schnell die Zeit vergisst, habe ich einen gleichbleibenden 2 Minuten-Rhythmus gewählt, nachdem der Gong ertönt. So brauchen wir gut eine halbe Stunde für die Ganzbehandlung. Jeder kann, wenn er für sich praktiziert nach belieben die Zeit verändern. Meine Erfahrung zeigt mir, dass ich mir lieber kürzer Zeit nehme, die realistisch in meinen Alltag passt, anstatt auf den richtigen Zeitpunkt zu warten und dann viel seltener praktiziere. The releases will be slow I warn you, as I will like to take my time making them while attending to other matters. This video is dedicated to those sweet subscribers who have sent charming emails or words of encouragement – it is with these that inspired me to orchestrate this video. I use a series of images that not only have to do with lovely landscapes, but the light plays a critical role in how the landscapes are viewed. It is symbolic of how the light brings everything into perspective, and darkness skews everything into nothingness.
